Continuing care for adults and children with complex healthcare requirements

Superior Care provides an executive led service for adults and children with complex healthcare needs arising both from neonatal trauma and acquired injuries.

The division is managed and all packages are overseen by our director and head of continuing and specialist healthcare Sarah Lambert who, as a trained nurse, has a number of years experience of establishing tailor made, nurse led care packages.

Superior Care's continuing care services extend beyond those of conventional domiciliary care providers; all of our care packages are overseen by a director or nurse manager and teams are recruited for the individual needs of our clients as well as being drawn from our extensive bank of retained, trained personnel. Lead nurses and carers are allocated to care packages and bespoke training is provided by senior clinicians and doctors.

We provide a fixed price service which includes all of the costs associated with the recruitment and training of a care team and the ongoing management of your care package. Superior Care manages all HR issues, meaning that you can focus on your own needs rather than those of your support team.
