Are you a Registered Children’s Nurse, looking to work a full or part time working pattern that suits your availability?

Superior Healthcare is a provider of nurse-led care and support for children and young people who have long term conditions, including people who have a tracheostomy and who are ventilated.  We now have opportunities for Registered Children’s Nurses to join our clients’ teams!

What can Superior Healthcare offer?

As a member of our Children and Young People’s Service, we can offer you work with a child living in your local area and a regular working pattern with shifts of 8-12 hours, to suit you.

You will have the opportunity to take part in specialist training and work closely with our team of Lead Nurses, a team that you may choose to join as you progress!

In the meantime, you’ll receive competitive rates of pay including enhancements for nights and weekends shifts, paid weekly.

Hourly rates start from £20.00 per hour and increase to £30.00 per hour.  You will receive holiday pay, a company pension and access to Perkbox - our member’s benefits and wellbeing platform.  As well as perks such as free coffee at Caffè Nero, half price cinema tickets and a range of discounts at high street and online retailers, you will receive access to online fitness classes and a confidential counselling service.

What do we need from you?

You will need to have a valid NMC PIN and experience of caring for children who have complex health conditions artificial airway/tracheostomies and gastrostomy feeding tubes, although further training will be provided.  You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Ideally, you must be able to work at least two regular shifts per week although flexi-workers may be considered to cover periods of holiday and sickness.

You must be a driver with access to your own car.
