Complex Care Community Lead Nurse
£38000 - £45000 /year
We require a wonderful lead nurse to join our expanding complex care division!
As a Registered Nurse based within Superior Healthcare’s Complex Care Division, you will have your own client caseload and will work with clients, their families and professional team to develop, implement and manage care packages that support clients to maintain their health and to enhance their independence.
You will be one of the Community Lead Nurses for the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for ensuring that they do so safely and compassionately.
You will mentor the team that is responsible for delivering Superior Healthcare Group’s service and be an ambassador for providing “excellence in care”. You will work closely with clients providing advice and need to be a confident communicator, with excellent time management skills.
You must be able to work flexibly, carrying out duties including supervisions at night and at weekends as required.

What do we need from you?
You will need to have a valid NMC PIN and experience of caring for people who have complex health conditions including artificial airway/tracheostomies and gastrostomy feeding tubes - although further training and CPD opportunities will be provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
