Are you an experienced Support Worker, with a passion for supporting people who have mental health conditions?  Are you looking for a choice of shifts to fit around your existing work or family commitments?  Looking for days, night or weekend shifts? - no problem!

Superior Healthcare is working in partnership with private hospitals located in East Sussex who support people who have mental health challenges including depression, anxiety and stress.

We now have opportunities for Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.  As part of the opportunity, we will provide specialist PMVA training.

What do we need from you?

We will need you to be able to demonstrate that you have at least six months’ experience working as a carer or support worker within a care service and be eligible to work in the UK.  An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential.

You must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Although we will offer you complete control as to when you work, we really do need you to be able to work at least two shifts per week and full-time work is available.  A regular working pattern may be offered if you apply to join our complex care service.

Drivers with access to their own car are preferred, but people willing to embrace public transport will be considered.
