Demand for Superior Healthcare’s services continue to grow and we now have opportunities for experienced Mental Health Support Workers who are available to work either week days, week nights and/or weekend shifts, to join our extraordinary team.

We are offering the opportunity to complete PMVA training with this particular vacancy. PMVA training is the best way to increase communication capabilities, stress management, and dealing with aggression and violence for managers. This really is a great opportunity to boost skill sets.
Hourly rates start from £9.00 per hour and increase to £11.00 per hour. Increasing further to £13.50 for bank holidays.

What do we need from you?
We will need you to be able to demonstrate that you have at least six months’ experience working as a Mental Health Support Worker and be eligible to work in the UK.
Driving is essential due to the location of the Hospital. If you rely on public transport, we have other vacancies across the whole of Kent which do not require drivers.
An NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care would be an advantage but is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
You must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
